MEANWHILE, THE BUILDER PAYS ME A HEALTHY COMMISSION WHICH AFFORDS ME THE ABILITY TO PASS THE SAVINGS BACK TO YOU! SINCE I GET PAID ON THE NEW HOME PURCHASE, I CAN AFFORD NOT TO TAKE A COMMISSION OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET!
The general concept is simple… “Why Be Greedy?” The least expensive Summerlin new home is priced in the mid-$300’s while the “average” home is in the mid-$500’s. This ENSURES a healthy commission for my side of the table. If a client already knows where they want to purchase their new home, the overall workload is GREATLY reduced for me as opposed to assisting a buyer find a resale home.
In exchange for a healthy commission on the buyers side, I will literally take a ZERO commission to sell my clients EXISTING home. All you pay is a brokerage transaction fee of $395 and I let you decide what commission to offer the buyers broker should another broker present us a buyer.
